DESCRIPTION:After further analysis\, we believe it is in the safety of the protocol to remove $WBTC as an asset due to upcoming operational changes of its custodian  \n@BitGo\n. This change will take affect on September 9\, 2024\, and users must withdraw their liquidity and close positions using $WBTC as collateral prior to this date. We are making no assertions on the safety of $WBTC moving forward\, and believe the BitGo team is moving forward in good faith. Regardless\, the team believes it is risk prudent to remove the token due to the uncertainties of the operational structure and the magnitude of the current asset. In the future\, if the new operational structure of $WBTC maintains consistent transparency and stability\, the protocol will re-visit listing $WBTC as an asset once more. We appreciate the community’s input on this matter\, and want to remind the community to withdraw all $WBTC assets from the Omni protocol by September 9\, 2024. For V1: Permissionless\, the market will continue to exist.
